The Big Stretch (Wednesday’s)
10 am-11 am
Long, Slow Stretches to increase flexibility, enhance relaxation and decrease the effects of stress in the system. This class will leave you feeling mobile and peaceful.

Yoga for Balance (Friday’s)
10 am-11 am
A comprehensive warm up followed by a flowing series of balances to enhance the qualities of mobility and stability for all bodies. This is a refreshing, lightly invigorating practice.
