*No class October 14th- Thanksgiving Monday
4:30 pm: Posture
5:30 pm: Strength & Conditioning
6:30 pm: Back Level 2

9 am: Strength Training (Cranky Hip/Knee Focus)
10:15 am: Cranky Hip/Knee
5:15 pm: Core Level 2

Classes are limited to 9 participants so sign-up and payment secures your spot. You can use Cash, Postdated Cheque, Etransfer or Credit.

Monday/Wednesday: $249.90

Tuesday/ Thursday: $285.60
