Below is the upcoming schedule and information for the new session. Please read carefully as there are some very minor changes to accommodate Carly’s new teaching schedule. As most of you know, I will be doing backend administrative tasks over the next 6 months but Carly will be fully taking over all of the teaching and personal training duties. Classes are changing back to one hour in length and all classes except Core 2 will be moving back indoors. Monday/Wednesday Classes: 
4:15 pm-5:15 pm: Posture Class INDOOR
5:25 pm- 6:25 pm: Strength & Conditioning INDOOR
6:35 pm-7:35 pm: Back Level 2 INDOOR
*No Classes Labour Day Monday*

Tuesday/Thursday Classes: 
8:45 am-9:45 am: Strength Training with Hip/Knee Focus INDOOR
9:55 am-10:55 am: Cranky Hip/Knee INDOOR
4:30 pm-5:30 pm: Core Level 2 OUTDOORS FOR SEPTEMBER! 

Online Library: 
To sign-up for the youtube video programs please email daris@corestudiostretch.com. You will receive two workouts/week from the library with a PDF attached for the session. If you have any questions regarding this, please email daris@corestudiostretch.com.
 
Payment Secures your spot. As we are back in the studio, space is limited to 8 people/class. 
Monday/Wednesday Classes: $232.05
Tuesday/Thursday Classes: $249.90
Online Library: $249.90
Core Outdoor Class: $142.80

COVID Rules and Regulations
Please read carefully, as we will be following the guidelines, health orders and BC regulations in place for our studio. These rules can change and I will update them if anything changes. As of right now, we are under no restrictions or specific protocols so please keep this in mind with your comfort level when signing up for indoor classes. On this note, if you are feeling unwell please stay home to protect those around you.

Exercise
Indoor high intensity and low intensity group exercise
Indoor high intensity and low intensity group exercise is allowed with normal capacity. 

People who live in Interior Health must follow regional exercise restrictions
Mask guidance
People who live in Interior Health must follow regional mask restrictions.

Masks are recommended in indoor public settings for all people 12 and older who are not yet fully vaccinated. 

You’re fully vaccinated 14 days after dose 2
Masks are optional for children aged 2 to 12
Children under 2 should not wear masks
Proof of vaccination does not need to be requested by service providers, except when visiting long-term care or seniors’ assisted living facilities
Some people may choose to continue to wear a mask after they’re fully vaccinated and that’s okay
