Monday/Wednesday’s
4:30 pm: Posture Level 2
5:30 pm: Repeat Offenders 2
6:45 pm: Back Level 2

Tuesday/Thursday’s
8:45 am: Cranky Hip/Knee 2
10:00 am: Cranky Hip/Knee 1
5:15 pm: Core Level 2

Sunday’s
9:30 am: Outdoor Cardio-Conditioning
