4:30 pm- 5:30 pm: Posture
5:30 pm-6:30 pm:Strength & Conditioning
6:30 pm-7:30 pm:Back Level 2

9 am-10 am: Strength Training (Hip/Knee Focus)
10:15 am-11:15 am:Cranky Hip/Knee
5:15 pm-6:15 pm:Core Level 2

Cost: $285.60
