Tuesday/Thursday’s:
8:45 am Hip/Knee Level 2
10:00 am Hip/Knee Level 1
11:15 am Chronic Pain Management
4:15 pm Posture Program Level 1- Strength (Tuesday’s) Stretch & Unwind (Thursday’s)
5:15 pm Core Level 2

First Friday of every month: Kid’s Program starting January 6th at 5:30 pm
