Fall Class Schedule
November 2nd-December 23rd, 2020
*Please note the last date of each class as it may vary depending on the day and time of the class.
Monday/Wednesday: Last day of classes December 21st
4:15 pm- 5 pm: Posture
5:30 pm- 6:15 pm: Strength & Conditioning
Tuesday/Thursday: Last day of classes December 22nd
8:45 am- 9:30 am: Strength Training (Hip/Knee Focus)
10 am- 10:45 am: Cranky Hip/Knee
4:30 pm-5:15 pm: Core 2
5:30 pm-6:15 pm: Core 2
Wednesday/Friday: Last day of classes December 23rd
10 am-10:45 am: Strength Training (Back Focus)

For classes just a summary reminder:
1. Sanitize hands when entering
2. Leave you outdoor shoes in the lobby if they are dirty but bring all other belongings with you into your square and you can use the chairs provided to hold your stuff.
3. Please space in and out of the studio. Try to have no more than 2 people in the lobby at a time. I know this can be challenging as the weather changes with extra time needed to put on shoes, etc.
4.No chatting in the lobby as advised by health authorities. Chat outside or in your squares in the studio to be able to keep 2 m distance.
5. Please stay home if you are sick or feeling unwell to keep everyone safe.
