Summer Drop-in Schedule 2018

Tuesday’s
8:00 am-8:45 am: HIIT
9:00 am-9:45 am: Cranky Hip/Knee
10:00 am-10:45 am: Registered Cranky Hip/Knee

4:30 pm-5:15 pm: Posture (All Levels)
5:30 pm-6:15 pm: Strength Training (All Levels)
6:30 pm-7:15 pm: Stretch & Unwind (Back Specific)

Thursday’s
8:00 am-8:45 am: Strength Training
9:00 am-9:45 am: Cranky Hip/Knee (All Levels)
10:00 am-10:45 am: Registered Cranky Hip/Knee

4:30 pm-5:15 pm: Posture (All Levels)
5:30 pm-6:15 pm: Circuit Training (Advanced)

As summer is nearing and everyone is planning their holidays, yoga classes, etc I have included the new summer schedule. Notice the changes to your classes and if you have any questions please email daris@corestudiostretch.com. All summer classes are 45 minutes long. All the classes are on a Drop-in basis except for the 10 am Cranky Hip/Knee which will require registration.

Drop-in classes means that you don’t need to sign-up for the entire session of classes but you still have to sign-up for the classes you plan on attending when you know which ones you would like to attend. You can do this through the website or sending me an email to ensure space. The sooner you sign-up the better as classes are still limited to 9 participants.

I will be adding pop-up classes as well throughout the summer based on demand so stay tuned. The entire schedule and class descriptions are on the website as well for more information. If you are unsure which class would suit you best just let me know!

5 Class Pass: $89.25
8 Class Pass: $142.80
10 Class Pass: $178.50
Cranky Hip/Knee Registered Program: $178.50 (FULL)
