10:00 am-11:00 am:
Yoga with Krista

4:30-5:15 pm:
4-Week Posture- Strengthening for the Repetitive movement 

Consists of Circuits, Core strength, lower body strengthening and postural strengthening and stretching for those that are spending lots of time bending forward, sitting or standing for long periods of time.

5:15 pm-6:00 pm:
Repeat Offenders

For those that want a challenging Total Body class to improve mobility, strength and balance.

6:15-7:00 pm:
Healthy Back Level 2

For those that are struggling with low back pain. This class focuses on the muscles that directly and indirectly affect the spine as well as working through balance, mobility and core strength.

9:30 am-10:15 am:
Cranky/Knee & Hip

Designed for people living with hip and knee conditions. This class focuses on the key muscles intended to support and stabilize the actions required for all lower body movements. A protocol-based approach that emphasizes exercise management depending on your surgery, osteoarthritis onset or injury.

10:15-11:00 am:

High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to burn fat, lose weight and build muscle. One of the most effective conditioning modalities to get the body you want.

5:30-6:15 pm: 
Core Level 2

Designed for the healthy body looking for a comprehensive and challenging full body workout. This class focuses on a strength, flexibility, balance and coordination component. Each class is different and it is for the advanced exerciser or people with a strong fitness background.

6:30 pm-7:45 pm:
Core Strength Yoga with Heather

8:45 am-9:45 am:
Outdoor Core Cardio Conditioning

This outdoor class is for anyone looking to learn new ways to get outdoors and be active while getting the heart-rate up and continuing to work on strength exercises in between. Each class is set up differently for each individual to meet their level of fitness.

This class is designed to imitate movements needed in everyday life. Great class after a long day of walking, hiking, gardening, sitting and any other movements that require those stiffnesses and kinks to be worked out.

Stretch & Strengthen with Heather
